ബര്‍ലിന്‍: അഖില ലോക തൊഴിലാളി ദിനമായ മെയ് ഒന്നിന് ബര്‍ലിനില്‍ ആയിരക്കണക്കിന് ആളുകള്‍ റാലി നടത്തി. രാജ്യത്തുടനീളമുള്ള നിരവധി തൊഴിലാളി ദിന പരിപാടികളില്‍ ഒന്നായ ബെര്‍ലിനിലെ ടൗണ്‍ ഹാളില്‍ ഏകദേശം 5,500 പേര്‍ പങ്കെടുത്തു.

ജര്‍മ്മന്‍ ട്രേഡ് യൂണിയന്‍ കോണ്‍ഫെഡറേഷന്‍ (ഡിജിബി) തലസ്ഥാനമായ ബര്‍ലിനിലും റാലി നടന്നു. ജര്‍മ്മനിയില്‍ മെയ് ദിന പ്രകടനങ്ങളില്‍ 25,000~ത്തിലധികം പേര്‍ പങ്കുചേര്‍ന്നു
അതേസമയം ബര്‍ലിനിലും ഹാംബുര്‍ഗിലും നടന്ന രണ്ട് പ്രധാന നഗരങ്ങളില്‍ നടന്ന ഇടതുപക്ഷ മെയ് ദിന മാര്‍ച്ചുകളില്‍ 25,000~ത്തിലധികം ആളുകള്‍ പങ്കെടുത്തു എന്നാണ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്.

പലസ്തീന്‍ അനുകൂല, ഫാസിസ്ററ് വിരുദ്ധ, യുദ്ധവിരുദ്ധ മുദ്രാവാക്യങ്ങള്‍ വിളിച്ച പ്രതിഷേധങ്ങള്‍ ഏറെക്കുറെ സമാധാനപരമായി അവസാനിച്ചു.
ഹാംബുര്‍ഗില്‍ നടന്ന മൂന്ന് വ്യത്യസ്ത മാര്‍ച്ചുകളില്‍ 9,000 ല്‍ അധികം ആളുകള്‍ പങ്കുചേര്‍ന്നു. പടിഞ്ഞാറന്‍ ജര്‍മ്മനിയിലെ ഡോര്‍ട്ട്മുണ്ടിലുള്ള ഒരു പഴയ കല്‍ക്കരി ഖനിയില്‍ തീവ്ര വലതുപക്ഷ ആള്‍ട്ടര്‍നേറ്റീവ് ഫോര്‍ ജര്‍മ്മനി (എഎഫ്ഡി) പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ പിന്തുണക്കാരുമായി ഇടതുപക്ഷ പ്രതിഷേധക്കാരുടെ ഒരു ചെറിയ സംഘം സംഘര്‍ഷം സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു.

ബര്‍ലിനില്‍ നടന്ന മെയ് ദിന പ്രകടനത്തിന്റെ സമീപത്ത് വെടിവയ്പ്പും കത്തി ആക്രമണവും നടന്നത് പൊലീസിനെ തലവേദനയായി.

രാത്രി 8 മണിക്ക് ബര്‍ലിന്‍~ക്രൂസ്ബെര്‍ഗിലെ മെഹ്രിംഗ്പ്ളാറ്റ്സില്‍ രണ്ട് പേര്‍ക്ക് നേരെ രക്തരൂക്ഷിതമായ ആക്രമണം നടന്നതായിട്ടാണ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്. കാറുകളില്‍ നിന്നാണ് വെടിവയ്പ് ഉണ്ടായതെന്ന് പറയപ്പെടുന്നു.

ഗുരുതരമായ പരിക്കുകളോടെ ഇരകളെ ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു.
ഇതിനിടയില്‍ ഒരാള്‍ക്ക് കുത്തേറ്റതായും റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടുണ്ട്.2 പേര്‍ക്ക് ഗുരുതരമായി പരിക്കേറ്റതായും റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടുണ്ട്. സംഭവത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് പോലീസ് ഒരു ഗോള്‍ഫും ഒരു ഔഡി കാറും തിരയുകയാണ്. ആക്രമണത്തിന് തൊട്ടുപിന്നാലെ, രണ്ട് പേരെ അറസ്ററ് ചെയ്തതായി പോലീസ് അറിയിച്ചു. ആക്രമണത്തിന് പിന്നിലെ ലക്ഷ്യം വെളിപ്പെട്ടിട്ടില്ല.

ജര്‍മനിയില്‍ മെയ് ദിനം ആചരിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി മെയ്പോള്‍ ആള്‍ക്കൂട്ടത്തിലേക്ക് വീണു അഞ്ച് പേര്‍ക്ക് പരിക്കേറ്റു.നോര്‍ത്ത് റൈന്‍~വെസ്ററ്ഫാലിയ ലോവര്‍ റൈനിലെ സെയ്ല്‍ഹുയ്സെന്‍ എന്ന സ്ഥലത്താണ് അപകടം നടന്നത്.പത്ത് മീറ്റര്‍ നീളമുള്ള തടി പെട്ടെന്ന് ഒരു വശത്തേക്ക് ഒടിഞ്ഞുവീണാണ് അപകടം സംഭവിച്ചത്.
